1. Return Policy
   ●Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
   ●Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags attached. We reserve the right to decide whether to accept a return.
   ●Request a Return: Please contact us via email at marketworld@gocuprack.com to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.
2. Return Process
   ●Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions and a return address.
   ●Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless we sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
3. Exchange Policy
   ● Exchange Conditions: If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different color or style), please return the product following the return process and indicate the item you wish to exchange in your request.
   ● Exchange Time: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the item.
4. Refunds
   ● Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be refunded through your original payment method.
